| PACKAGES |
FAMILY VACATIONS
Family Vacation, Father/son, Mother/daughter, Guys or Girls get away. A week or any
amout of days you want to
schedule. The more days the more activities we can plan.. The cost per day for
an Adult is $175 per day.
Group rate for one week
(arriving at 6 p.m. Sunday and leaving the following Sunday by
11:00 a.m.)
Family of 2 people - $150 per person per day $1,800
Family of 3 people - $125 per person per day $2,550
Family of 4 people - $100 per person per day $3,150.
KIDS VACATION
12 to 15 year old Boys and Girls with a limit to 4 per week
$450 per week.
PRICING INCLUDES all meals, lodging, and all ranch actives as follows:
Horseback riding lesson
All ranch activities
Trail rides
Inter-tubing down the creek
Fishing
Hiking
Experience an Indian tepee with a meal cooked like the Indians.
Watch arrow heads being made, eat Buffalo meat, sing songs around a camp fire and hear real cowboy stories.

| LODGING |
RANCH HOUSE: $75 for 5 people & $10 for each Additional.
BUNK HOUSE: $50 for 4 people & $10 for each additional.

| YOUR HORSES |
Tin Camp will provide a pen for your horse. You will need
to furnish buckets, grain, & hay. You will also have to clean the pen before leaving.
|
| CAMP ACTIVITIES |
TRAIL RIDING
Using your own horse: $25 per day - Using one of our
horses-$10 per hr.
These will be guided.
CAMPING: Electricity-$10 stall for horses$15 for individual, $10 for
corral with more horses.
Cabin per nite-1 house will sleep 8; Bunk house will sleep 4.

| PAYMENT |
We will expect 1/3 of the cost to be paid upon making reservation. Than the rest a week before arrival.
Cash, check, or money order. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Cancellation before a 120 day arrival will guarantee a refund, otherwise your deposit maybe applied to the following years season or another date that same
year that is open. Emergency cancellations will also transfer to the
following season.

| WHAT TO BRING |
WHAT TO BRING:
If have you own Riding boots - must have heel & no logger tread on bottom or tie shoes.
Shoes for hiking-but NO open toes, sandals, or thongs Please. Bring camera and lots of film. Normal
hygiene items. Any medication you regularly take & any analgesic.
Please bring & wear sun block w/#30spf. A cap or hat is also advised.
Mosquito repellent is a must for some evenings.
Jeans & long sleeve shirts, fleece or sweatshirt, rain jacket.
Water bottle or canteen & a day pack is hand on rides.
For your horse we will have a pen for him and you furnish buckets, grain, & hay. You will also have to clean the pen before leaving.

Things that will cost you extra is the cost of Rodeos, souvenirs, and any sight seeing that you would want to go to off the ranch.

| TRANSPORTATION |
Tin Camp Ranch is accessible by car, & Airlines. The Ranch is 55 miles North of North Platte, Nebraska. Transportation to & from the airport is available at no extra cost. We can schedule any amount of days: 3,5,7 or more.

| INSURANCE &
LIABILITY |
Waiver of Liability
Guests will be expected to sign a waiver of liability form prior to arrival at the ranch. A ranch environment with equipment, animals, and weather hazards has some inherent dangers. An activity involving any type of ranch animal or equipment involves risk of injury. Certain Tin Camp Ranch does not assume responsibility for any type of accident, injury or illness regardless of cause or persons involved. You ride or
travel along at your own risk. Tin Camp Ranch, helpers, neighbors,
friends, or other guests will not be held liable or responsible for death, personal injury, loss or damage of any nature to your property, you or to minors in your care.
Personal Insurance
You must carry your own health, accident, or liability insurance and agree in writing to assume responsibility for injuries you may sustain while here or involved in any activity related to the ranch.
